The out-of-hours service is provided by Integrated Care Sefton from 6.30pm each
evening until 8.00am the following working day. The out-of-hours service also
operates at weekends and on all bank/public holidays. Telephone 0845 070 4422.
For many problems telephone advice may be all that is needed, but if it is decided
that you need to see a doctor, then you will be asked to attend the GP On Call
Centre at Town Lane, Southport or Phillips Lane, Formby. Home visits out of hours are only for those who
are too ill to travel. Please leave non-urgent calls until the surgery is open
again.

In acute situations (eg severe chest pain; sudden disabling breathlessness; collapse; severe injury) telephone the emergency services on 999 immediately.
